The flash collar is made of anodized aluminum and covers the base of the pole to create a formal “finished” look to the pole. The flash collar is most commonly used in conjunction with the security clamp in more public settings–ie. Fire departments, community centres, small businesses. Comes in Silver and Dark Brown.
12” total diameter, with centre sized to fit the 15′ pole – 2.5″ diameter opening or for 20′ or 25′ pole a 3″ diameter opening
