What’s the difference between telescoping and sectional flagpoles?
Here at Ontario Flag and Pole, we love our Titan Telescoping Flagpoles. But we understand they may not be a good fit for everyone! Today we’re breaking down the differences between telescoping and sectional flagpoles, and which is the best fit for you.
Core differences: Telescoping and sectional flagpoles
Titan Telescoping flagpoles are collapsible; the 25’ model collapses to 8’ while the the 20’ and 15’ models collapse to 7’. The inner workings of our telescoping poles are made from Lexan, airplane grade aluminum. Our Titan Telescoping flagpole’s swivel rings rotate 360 degrees so flags fly freely. No disassembly of the flagpole is required to replace or change your flag.
The other option we have is a heavy duty 18’ steel three piece sectional pole. Each piece is 78” in length. It has a powder coated finishing which makes it more weather resistant than any other finishes. The steel pole comes with an exterior halyard aluminum truck system with pulley, as well as heavy duty aluminum rope cleat with screws, and rope and snap clips.
