The ground sleeve is included in the purchase of every new flagpole. It is sold as an accessory for those that decide to move and take their flagpole with them. It is made of a durable nylon/plastic combination. If ordering, please also send an email specifying if needed for a 15’, 20′, or 25’ pole.
